We're sort of back to civilization tonight in Ottumwa, Iowa
(where Wes says that on the TV show Mash, Radar was from Ottumwa).
We've been in the boonies where cell phones have no service and
internet is out of the question.
We left Keystone, took a quick trip north to see Crazy Horse,
then headed to The Bad Lands in South Dakota.
They were so awesome....words just can't begin to describe it.
Then we headed south following the river to Nebraska, the land of
corn, cows, & more corn....never saw so many bigger than life
plowed fields.
It was beautiful and trees were beginning to appear more often.
Iowa is a lot like what we saw in Nebraska, more cows & corn fields.
The way they terrace the hilly fields is pretty amazing.
We planned to upload the 700+ pictures that we've taken so we could
share them with you tonight but Wes is snoring as we speak & Vickie
is bushed. Hopefully we can do it tomorrow night.
Off to Illinois tomorrow........
